There are a range of features that our billet oil pump has separating us from our competitors, as we use years and years of knowledge acquired through our cast pumps and directly apply that to our billet one.  \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe housing itself is machined from aerospace grade billet 7075 series alloy, as opposed to the less effective and cheaper 6000 series billet alloys used elsewhere.  We conducted much research in order to conclude that the 7075 was the superior option.  In actual fact, our testing revealed that the expansion rates from the cast housing to a prototype 6000 series housing were virtually identical, and the expansion of the 7075 was virtually zero.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRevised oil galleries inside the housing with tighter clearances allow the pump to be run with greater oil pressure, furthering the capabilities of the externally adjustable valve.  The pump also features the option to utilise an external pickup with a -10AN feed into the housing to maximise the oil flow through the pump. Firstly, the housing itself is made from a gravity cast casting, as opposed to a die cast casting. EN26 inner and outer gear that are larger than standard size in order to guarantee strength and re designed oil galleries within the housing in order to allow for greater oil flow volume and oil pressure. With the use of the RB32 centred largely around drag racing, the vast majority of the world's quickest and fastest GTRs and RB powered vehicles employ the services of our 3.2L stroker kits. In this area of our website, we present to you the standard connecting rod journal 3.2L stroker kits, which are extremely popular in a vast multitude of street cars and drag cars in the like.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe kit consists of our Nitto\/CP pistons in a whole array of bore sizes. These pistons are cut from low silicon content 2618 material in CP’s Turbo HD forging. In addition to these, the pistons are complete with Nitto custom specifications, PVD rings, 9310 gudgeon pins, accumulator grooves and friction reduction grooves.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe connecting rods are our robust I-beam design. Made from double melted forged billet 4340, this connecting rod features a stout I-beam design that has proven time and again to be capable of holding considerably high power without the added cost of the V2s. These connecting rods come with 7\/16 ARP 2000 rod bolts as standard, with the option to upgrade to Custom Age 625+.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCompleting the kit is the 4340 billet crankshaft in 90mm stroke. This crankshaft has been purposely designed with strength and high power applications in mind.
